Default 1997 cbr f3 problems

I'm new to the site my names Chris any help is much appreciated. Anyway I was riding today and I took it past my house to the end of the road and back and on my way back my bike started to bogg down and it just shut off after a few twists of the throttle. Tried starting it wouldn't start so I put te choke on and tried messing with the idle screw to get it to run so at least make it to my house and it was just struggling and finally got it back and parked it and tried starting it again and now won't start totally confused?

Fuel pump may have gone putz. I presume there is fuel in the tank... not old?

When you take the fuel cap off, does it 'pop'? Could be a clogged vent, starving you of fuel

It does pop and I can hear the pump clearly when I turn the key

Tried messing with it again and it will idle and then struggle to stay at 1000 rpm an then just drop and kill itself out and also as soon as I turn the idle screw on and choke it will die out
