i just rode my bike last week, now it won't start at all. i charged the battery after the winter store, rode it a few times, and now it won't even fire. the only thing that changed is i washed the bike by hand. when i try to start it, it backfires. i have checked to make sure it is getting fuel. i have checked most of the ignition system. everything tests within oem specs. (i have a service manual). the only thing is that when i try to make sure the timing is on, the light doesn't always go off. when i removed the plug wire and checked, it had pretty weak spark sometimes. both coils test fine though. does anyone think this could be my icm? there are no tests for it, but i don't want to spend a crapload to find that my bike still isn't running. any thoughts?

Do a load test on your battery, make sure it's putting out 12v
