Default Troubles HondaCBR600f2

I have a 1992 CBR600f2 and ive been having problems lately. One day it was riding just fine, then the next when i went to take it for a ride i was pulling out if a soft dirt/gravel drive way and a car was coming down the street but i didn't see it untill i was almost on the road. I barley turned the bars and it dropped. I was pretty much at a stand still, maby 1mph. After that drove it for bout 30 secs then trouble started. Driving, when i let off the gas it reved to bout 6/7 rpms and i tuned down the idle. Then when i put it in gear i couldnt let off the clutch without the bike dying. i could start it and let it idle but as soon as i gave it gas it would die. Now its been about 2 weeks and it wont even start. So far ive talked to some people and some say i need a new vacuum pod (for American bikes only) not sure exaclty what its called or does. And another says i need a new coil cause one is bad. Coil is an obvious. But what about the vaccum pod thing? Here a link somebody on here sent me. Its number 7 and or 8. Any help or info on this pod thing would be greatly appriciated.

Maybe you knocked it out of snyc? Not sure if that is possible. Hopefully somebody with more knowledge than me will know. Since I don't think we have a idle air control valve like a car does

While not perhaps out of sync, some of the vaccum lines could have been knocked off.
