Lol, I totally missed the racetech fronted. I'd stick with the SV. You'd have to put a bunch of money into the F2 to make it's front end at least as nice. The SV is a fine bike after it gets some work done to it, and it appears you have done that already. Now if this was an F2 with an F3 front end, I'd say go for the F2. You'd probably have fun with either. Is it just the shift lever that's broken on your SV or is it some internal part?

Just the shift lever, and I got it fixed and took it for a test ride tonight. Wow, I remember what low/mid range feels like LOL. I really like the F2, think it was a great bike to ride for the week, Its also better for 2 up. Also looks better. But in the end I think the SV will better serve me. Thanks for the input guys!

it was a joke. It is obvious that it is an impossibility to have two losers in a race of 2. Don't be a douchebag... By the way... Sv's are trashy touringg sport wannabees.

Despite its lack of power, the SV has a huge reputation as one of the most fun-to-ride bikes of all time. I'm sure the CBR will win a drag race but in normal riding in and around cities there's a lot to be said for the torque curve of a V-twin. OTOH if you ride on the highway a lot, or in the cold or rain, you'll be wanting the full fairing of the CBR.
