I am looking at possibly getting a new slip on for my F2 and am looking for suggestions. I don't have a fortune to spend so the more reasonable the better. Thanks!

for one...u can always check ebay. there is always somethin on there. might not always be the best lookin pipe but if ure lookin for a good deal u cant really beat some of the prices u will find on there. also just be on the lookout for people partin out their bikes on here or just sellin parts...i got my pipe from madgreek who parted out his f2 on here not too long ago. i bought his headers all the way back to the pipe which ran me bout 100 bucks total...shipping and all. nice d&d can in good shape.

 

yeah, i've been watching ebay also. There really isn't anything wrong with whats on there, which is a V&H SS2R. I was just thinking of making the change just to give it a different sound.

 

I got a V&H pipe. I like it but kinda want something new. My opinion is just do not get a D&D, they are too loud and obnoxious for my taste.

 

my bike came with a supertrapp and i love it. Can give you the loud hoaning sound but you can adjust back pressure sound and so on. It has removable discs inside to suit your taste. Mine is just the stainless slip on. pretty nice but close to 3 bills.

Isn't there a user on here that makes his own pipes to sell? I remember reading a thread on that some time ago. I would have bought one if my bike didn't come with a Two Brothers pipe on it that I really like the sound of.
