Default Spark Plug Gap?

I've used the search function and came up with nothing.

What should the gap be on spark plugs? It's a '94.

Which plugs are you running? The gap should be .035", but dont try to gap if they're platinum or iridium plugs. You could break the tip and ruin the plug.

All of that kind of information is in the service manual. If you don't have one, they can be downloaded.

They're just copper plugs. Thanks for the info. I have a manual downloaded. I must've missed it.

The online F2 manual that is out there on the interwebs for downloading is missing section 1 that gives all of the general maintenance and capacities info.

download the F3 manual, and it will provide you most of the correct basic info.

Also - keep an eye out for a cheap used Clymer manual - they provide a lot more detail and pics. worth owning if you plan on keeping the F2 for a while.
