Default spark plug gap

ok this may seem like a stupid question but i dot want to **** up my already simptomatic bike. what is the gap setting on the spark plugs for our bikes? ive literally spent an hour search the site for actual spec data sheets on this type of stuff and found nothing. HELP!!

.8 - .9 mm. There is a sticker on the left sub frame to let you know plug type and gap along with timing and idle and valve clearances.

yeah this may sound stupid but thats a huge gap, the dealership told me the numbers above, they usually get that off the spec from microfische
