Think about it like this.. Fuel flows down.. (down is on). If your on reserve you pray to the sky that you make it to the next gas station. (up is reserve). If its anywhere else its off (to the left lol)

i do alot of out in the woods ridin, so i call it after 100, it can take me 130ish, but 60 miles away from the nearest gas station is not my idea of a fun walk.
