well, i'm a new F2 rider but i don't have that problem, i think maybe your seat is slippery, and when you apply brake all your body press your *****, , or your seat are very hard, or maybe your ***** are bigger than normal,(just kidding), well as i said i'm new with sportbikes but my only problem that i have are in my hands and wrists, men i have that pain because i need exercise.

Sitting back on the seat helps, but mine is slippery and when I apply the brake I get scooted forward, so I end up riding the tank anyways :-(
