Default possible engine swap help?

I might have just destroyed my engine, looks like it could be fatal. Now obviously I need a new engine, but my question is apart from a 91F2 600 engine, what else will bolt straight in?
will an F3 bolt in?
what about a 954 or something else?
ANy info appreciated so I know what my options are!

F3 fits directly, people have put in 900rr motor's requiring some engine mounts to be fabricated and different harnesses etc. but it's possible.

F2 or F3 replacement will be easiest.

if I go to an F3, will I need to change the loom and carbs etc as well, or do all the electrics fit straight up too?

You can use the F2 carbs, airbox and harness but there is a speed sensor on the F3 engine which will be left empty because the F2 speedo runs off of the front wheel.
