I don't recognize the petcock. Make a post in the General tech section with that picture. See if someone else recognizes it.

i just pulled the fuel line off of the petcock and there was a tiny amount of fuel in the line but nothing came out of the nozel so i think the petcock is clogged somewhere shouldnt the gas be coming out of it?

In your picture, the hose in the front is the vacuum port and should have a hose from the #2 carb connected to it. The fuel hose port should be on the opposite side of the petcock. [8D]

Unless you have the vacuum line connected to the petcock and the engine running (or you can suck on the hose todraw a vacuum), on the fitting shown in your picture in the big circle, you won't get any fuel. Connect that, and you should be runnin'

got the problem fixed, i ran a hose from a gas can up on top of a shelf down to the T fitting and she fired right up so i took the tank back off and took a look at the petcock and it was all clogged up with tape or something from the previous owner. also cleaned the carbs all up nice since i had the tank back off nowthey look brand new

#2 carb? Really? Stock is #1...though I really don't think it matters which.

Looks just like my stock 94 petcock, the photo is just taken from the vaccum line (throttle/right) side.
