When you first open the site go to the ( my profile) near the top of the page then go down to the (my avaitar) and select the change picture or change avaitar I forget what is says then it should open a way to download whet ever you are wanting to put on. But it does have a size limit.

I fixed your link so it works, but it's way to big for a signature. You can't use [img], you have to spell it out [IMG]. You may wish to resize that.
