My guess is they are still dirty or you have an air fuel problem. I couldnt get my bike to run on the inside two cylinders for a month. Played with the carbs ten times until i realized FINALLY that the pilot jets were clogged. What you have to do is clean out all the jets with a tiny wire, i found that if you get a three pack of those rim cleaners that look like tooth brushes one in stainless one in brass and one in nylon you can clean it with one brissol of the brass ones. Rip out a whole bunch of them because they are bent in half and soak the jets for a while and gently run through the jets. Also you have to set your pilot adj. screw. I found that 2.25 turns out works best for me 2 1/8 is stock and some use 2.5 for aftermarket. Once you do that i have a feeling you will be squared away. You need to see through every jet! Hope that helps man.

The petcock has a vacuum line that makes it work. You might want to see if that vacuum line from the area of the cylinders to the petcock is hooked up.
