Hey guys, an update regarding the radiator, this is what I have to work with:

and the fins are stacked in "S" shape along the rows, so unfortunately the radiator comb wont work. I was wondering if I could swap the radiator with a new one from a 250 maybe? theres a bunch on ebay for about $80, but I would think the volume and flow and Ins/Outs may not match to the F2 and would require more work than its worth.

Unfortunately I would agree about the in/outlet. Flow I'm not quite sure on. Your going streetfighter right? Maybe you could try one from a vf750. in and outlets are in the right position. Being as its for a 750, should theoretically have enough flow. Plus the ones I've seen have had a pretty nice looking grill over them to protect them. And the best part is quick ebay search turned up some around your mentioned price of 80ish dollars. In looking for a replacement, I personally wouldnt be too concerned with fill cap location, but more so with upper hose on right and lower on left. Easy to run a small overflow tube, alot more difficult to reroute in/outlets.

forgot to mention, look more so for around 94ish year model

it actually looks I might even be able to retro-fit a 600rr radiator, as the ins and outs look almost aligned.

That would work. As long as the in and outs align, mounts are easy
