I bought this bike last fall, as my wife has been asking for a bigger sportier ride than her Kawi 250. She was really worried when I brought it home, thinking it'll never run.

Before anyone goes all off about destroying a good paint scheme original bike, this one had rash on every panel, cracks and holes in the body, and the panels that did come with it, didn't all match - so rather than trying for original, this one got the fibreglass and paint treatment. Its not done quite yet, but getting close.

 

So long as it was destroyed it's okay by me! haha.

I just hate seeing guys strip mint original paint and cover it in a solid black or orange or something ugly.

I have done a bit of vinyl work, to add some color. It isn't quite finished, as my guy that is cutting them for me is on vacation. Anywho I am happy with the way it is turning out. I can't wait to get it on the road.
