Default I need your bike pics for magazine article please

I am working on a magazine article on the history of the Honda cbr600 F2 and F3 and I need to get some pics of REALLY nice bikes to be included in the magazine.

If you have one and want your bike included please read below and follow carefully. If you post photos here I CAN NOT use them. I need HIGH resolution digital images and they must be emailed to me at

motojournalism@aol.com

Also send me the following info so I can include it in the story if we pick your bike to be in the magazine. The magazine is Sport Rider and if you are a reader you have likely seen the retor sportbike series we have been doing on bikes like the GSXR750, RC51, R1 etc.

Name
City state
year of bike
mileage
Modifications.

Also what are you favorite modifications and why?
Have you had any mechanical issues?
Is it easy to work on?

Any other details on the model would be helpful too. If you dont have pics and want to send me info on the bike in general such as mechanical traits of the bike, popular mods etc that is good info too. If you are a mechanic or have raced the bike, then I am really interested in hearing from you.

PLEASE email me directly at motojournalism@aol.com

Thanks

What month are you hoping to release this article?

I am currently restoring my F2, but I do not know if I will have it complete in time for your issue?

I run a bike shop part time, and I race supermoto but the F2 is my street bike. I am very familiar with the F2 and F3, if you have any questions feel free to send them my way.

Thanks for the reply but I really need photos in the next 1-2 weeks to make my deadline for the story.

But if you could answer the questions posted above that would be a big help. Things like mechanical info, weaknesses, most popular mods, is it easy to work on etc.

Thanks and email the info to me direct.

Don

You may want to check out Juliet's reviews of the F2 and F3 for some of this information.

Pity she's on holiday right now too, as she has some nice pics of her F3 you could have used.

I just went through all the photos that everyone has sent and unfortunantly not too many are usable. A lot of the photos are coming to me at 640-480 or 1080x600 resolution and that is nowhere near big enough for a magazine to print.

I really need somone with a nice looking bike that wants in the mag to send me some nice high res photos. As mentioned before try not to have your truck or garbage can or dog in the backdrop and send the basic info too so I can mention you in the story.

So far I have several F3s but a lot of them are low res and I can cant use and almost no F2s. So if you want to be in the article please try to send me something by the end of August or else it will be too late.

Thanks everyone for your help and send the pics to me at motojournalism@aol.com

Anything taken from a 5 or greater megapixel camera at its highest resolution should be fine. It would be better if it was 8-10 megapixel camera. But 3000x2000 is a good start.
