I am looking at a '93 F2 with about 12k miles on it.
Pics show it in great condition. Claims there are no probs with it and fresh tires. He is asking $2,700. I haven't looked at bikes over 10 years old, so I do not know if this is a good bike and will last for eternity like I need it to. I will be riding daily and do not plan on racing, stunting, or being rediculous.

In my opinion, 2700.00 isn't bad for a 92 with 12,000 on the clock. I bought my 91 5 years ago with 17 on it for 2500.00. As long as it looks good and is mechanically sound its a good deal. Be sure to do a good once over on the bike to see if there is any damage, leaks, etc. I guess you never really know unless you have a mechanic take a look at it. Make a deal with the seller

 

Is this your first bike? Maybe bring a friend to see it in person, have it started up, make sure it rides straight.

can he E-mail pic's ?? that's how I bought my 93 F-2 the guy shot me some pic's then I went and bought it, mine had 57.000 and some change paid 1995.00 for mine that was before I got bike savy[:@], but turn's out the bike run's good. had it a year now nothin major.

 

F2's are great bikes no major issues involving them either..i got mine for alil less then that with 22k..and it runs almost perfect..its a honda. enough side! =) good luck

 

i got a great deal on an F2 also, imo these series can hang with most late model sportbikes out today.. and what makes them even better is that their kinda hard to come-by compared to all the other F-series and sport-bike class.. i think 27 is a good deal.. jus search around, and youll notice how rare this particular series bike actually is..
