I kinda got a weird question, I got my brother's 1993 F2 and about 20something years ago it was raced, there is still lock wire on some parts and my brother bought it 2004 with a Vance&Hines exhaust system. Oh it runs great for a 27 year old bike with 60,000 KM, but like Good Morning Vietnam, it is loud. I repacked the slippon muffler and it helped a tiny bit.and is there such a thing as a quiet slippon? And the other thing I suspect the V&H header is single walled, and that might also be the cause of the loud exhaust. For all the guys out there who think I should be banned from riding, I have to say in my defence, I'm pushing the 3/4 century mark and I live in a quiet neighbourhood. I really like the bike but the sound reminds me of my old RD350 LC after the baffles mysteriously disappeared one summer night in the 80s and LOUD was just normal
Yes I say, yes there is.
The one that came on the bike from the factory is nice and quiet.
And you can probably get one for next to free.
And they last forever & don't ever need repacking
