Default leaky needle?

Hey all, quick question, I got my F2 about a month ago with 13k miles on it, the carbs were "supposidly" gone through and everything cleaned, well about 100 miles into it I fouled a plug, changed all 4 ran GREAT, untill last weeked, I have put about 800-900 miles on it since, now it seems like it is starting to foul another plug, it's running a tad rough, especially as the rpm's increase and you can hear a slight "popping" where it seems like maybe the plug isnt firing, it hasnt fouled completly but it seems to deffinitly be starting. I'm guessing if a plug fouled out that quickly then it problably needs to needles because one is most likly leaking and causing one to run a little rich which would foul it out, correct? that being the case, where should I go to get new needles? the local dealer or the local motorcycle parts shop, and what needles do I need to get (just tell em '91 cbr 600 f2 and they will know which ones?) thanks.
