A new bowl gasket if you can. You will have issues pretty much with anything else.

Previous owner has cross thread it any solution could I re-tap the hole

Yes, I would re-tap it. I don't think you should have a problem.

You wouldn’t know what size tap they are by any chance CBR600F2 have got get one tomos

I don't off the top of my head but I did a quick look on an online parts fiche for a '94 600 and it listed the screw as "SCREW-WASHER (5X16)"
