Isn't running well.
Ok, so I have a 94 CBR 600, and I went outside this morning and there was a puddle of fuel underneath the bike. The bike also would not start. I had taken the tank off the previous day, and it turns out I pinched the vent tubes from the tank. I assume since I did this the petcock was letting way too much fuel into the carbs and they flooded out. The fuel on the ground I assume came out of the two tubes sticking out of the side of the carbs? Now I uncrimped the tubes, and finally after a long time of trying the bike finally started to run. A ton of fuel came out the exhaust, and also what looked like a little pieces of black plastic (like trashbag material). I still don't know what that was. Anyway, the bike will now run if I give it gas on the start, but still feels a little rough. Is it possible I need to pull the plugs and clean them off and that is why the bike won't start ok? Thanks. . .
Well I pulled the plugs and cleaned them, bike ran fine. I took it out and after about 10 minutes it started hesitating when at idle, so I headed home. As I pulled into my parking lot the bike just died. I got it back to the parking spot and I had to hold the throttle all the way open for it to finally start. I think it flooded out again, as plenty of fuel was coming out of the exhaust.
sounds like you need to clean the carbs out good. mine did that yesterday on my way home from an 80 mile trip. from the way you're describing it, something is keeping the floats from seating and stopping the flow of gas.
let me ask you, is there an inline fuel filter?

I would change the oil. if your engine was filled with gas to the point that it pumped out of your exshaust then your oil is wasted. one easy thing to check is if you left the petcock in the reserve position. reserve is also a prime and will flow none stop without vacume to open the petcock.
