No havent done a flush. should I try it ?

I did. It helped. It used to run at 2/3 - 3/4 up to the Hot line while just cruising at 65. Now it sits at 1/3 doing the same. The seat, fairings, even the tank if it was near empty would get uncomfortably hot. Now they just warm up a bit.

Default fire under my rear

mine is the same way. then the thought crossed my mind that if i took the seat off and put on top of the intake on my 4-banger civic the results would proly be pretty much same so if the coolant is good and the oils been changed the heats prolly just from ridding right on top of a high rev engine. i have thought about finding away to use the air induction in combo with some tubeing to blow fresh air by the motor. seems like i read here somewhere that wiring up a fan switch could help also? any thoughts or suggestion?
