Hello All, I need some help with identifying the size of a sprocket. My buddy gave mea sprocket for an F2, but he did not know if it wasa 530 or 520 sprocket. I measured my chain and I have the 530 chain. How can I identify the sprocket? I searched on here and on a couple other sites and I cannot find anything on identifying sprockets. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Is there anything stamped on it? The ones I just took off had some stampings that I believe said what they were.-Front on mine said 520 and rear had 530 stamped.

 

The easiest way would be to set the teeth on the sprocket you have on the top on your chain. If it fits good then its a 530. If its a 520 it will have about a quarter inch slack in the teeth. If that makes sence...
