Help me find the name so I can try to replace it


below is a picture of the throttle body, my friend, while dropping the motor ripped off the throttle cable and it actually broke the metal mounting port for the cylinder part on the cable to hold into this spring loaded return thing on the throttle body. I知 talking about the one in the middle that connects all the carb痴 together.

are you SURE it's an F2 - those look like throttle bodies, the F2 had carbs.

 

Yea sorry just random pic online it痴 an f2 in the middle there痴 a circle rotating thing that hood the cable he snapped it off so now it can稚 hold the cable I知 wondering if I知 able to just buy that part or would I have to get a whole new carb unit

edit:I found what actually broke. But it looks like it痴 apart of the carb assembly would I be able to find just that or get a whole new carb? They池e like 266 bucks! Jb weld?

 

looking at the part diagram, that wheel on carb 3 (part 21) is not a separate part. :-(

yea might have to pick that up or in weld little just a tiny piece snapped off the whole unit is still good it sucks tho

 

I found a cheap parted out f3 unit could I rip apart the f3 carb unit and use that part you think? I saw a thread thst it will bolt up but it痴 a bit bigger wondering if that same part would fit


what should we do?
