headlight problems

RE: headlight problems
check your connections. You can get to them with the windshield off, pull that rubber flap behind you guages up and back. You should be able to see a row of connections. I think its 2nd one in from the right or something controls all the lighting on the bike. When mine was loose, my lights went out when I was on the highway at night: scared the crap outta me.
just make sure that all the clips and things are held together.

checked them twice b4.they're all in snug.and i think the guages stayed on when the headlights went out(for a split second).doesnt happen frequently, or even often, and it only happened after long rides when im at about 25 and go to twist wrist. since it was like a one in a million thing, and i have not been able to reproduce it.i just wanted to know if ne 1 ever had this

RE: headlight problems
Haven't had that on my bike, but I had something similar on my car. Come to find out, the filament inside the bulb had a loose connection, so only under very particular circumstances would the light go out and then come back on.
I replaced the bulb, and the problem was solved.
Don't know if it's the same on the bike, but good luck.
