Default handlebars shifted

hey guys, my sister ran into my bike with her razor scooter and toppled it over. one of the bars moved but they had picked it up before i got home and forgot which side she dropped it dropped it on. and there isnt much indication except now when i turn the wheel straight one of them definitely looks out of place. my bud and i are disagreeing on which one to move. anybody know a quick easy way to tell which one it is. sorry for the mental question fellas, im new.

Will, MN

For one thing, the side that dropped will probably have scratches on the bar end or cowlings. As for which side "moved", turn the wheel from steering lock to steering lock (left to right) and measure the distance from the bar end to the cowling on either side. Whichever has less distance is the one that got turned or bent in. If it was bent, I would recommend replacing rather than fixing.

The bar shouldnt have moved that much, if you look on the bar where it tightens to the fork leg, there is a LUG on the bar going into
the top tripple clamp, this is there to keep both bars in line in case you have to remove them, UNLESS [:@] the drop was so hard its broken the lug off ?
You can't miss it really
