Fuel leaking!
I went out earlier today and noticed a nice puddle of gas under my bike.
I take off the plastics and notice gas running down the fuel lines were they connect with the carb. The line is new (1 week old) 3/8' automotive fuel line. It fits tight. Is it supposed to be 3/8' or 5/16'? I took the lines off...snipped them and reinstalled...same effect.
Both of them are doing it. I was thinking maybe there was o-ring seals on the swivel fittings that are on the carb?

Looks like one of the orings must be leaking on the swivel part of teh carb. There is some side to side movement so I'm sure thats what it is.
Wish I would have known when I had the carbs off the first time. Oh well. It really to cold to ride anyways. But I have been anyways.

My bike did the same thing when I restored it. A mechanic buddy told me to heat the crap out of the carbs with a heat gun (mind the fuel or you'll get a fire) but heat the carbs (and hence the o-rings) WAAAAYYY up. They'll soften a bit and when they re-cool they wont leak anymore. Worked like a champ!
