Cylinder 3 burning oil...seafoam? what else to try?

Cylinder 3 burning oil...seafoam? Yes, Seafoam has fixed a stuck ring....
so, the carbs are all cleaned and nice. the problem is that cylinder #3 gets oil in the combustion chamber. I had a mechanic check the valves and they were in spec. I have the bike for sale but I want to try one more time to fix it without taking it apart, because i am not equipped to do so.
I have read many other forums about putting seafoam into the cylinder form the top and letting it sit for hours, then removing it. That this can unstick a rick so that it will seat itself properly.
Is there anything else that I should try? it would be nice to save it rather than sell it

alright. a lot less smoke now. While I'm sure a rebuild would benefit the engine, that cost way too much money. After my luck with the Seafaom in the cylinders, which seems to have loosened a good amount of whatever may or may not have been restricting ring expansion, Ima do it again, ride for 50 miles, change the oil and then see what happens. if the smoke comes back then I'll do the same with some MMO. At least I may be able to finish the season. For the winter I think I'll fog the cylinders before putting away, treat with everything known to man.
Before Seafoam tons of smoke, after Seafoam, more smoke and then near nothing. hmmm
