Default Coolant on Valves... uh oh

I removed my carbs today to clean them. I have been experiencing what seems like a misfire at idle or constant cruising speeds. If i am on the throttle, it seemed to be running fine. I took a peek down in by the intake valves and noticed a small puddle of coolant resting above the valve. Im almost 100% this is the head gasket.

Just wanted to know if anyone agrees/ disagrees or could help me figure out where the coolant could be coming from.

Also, if it is the head gasket. Im guessing the motor has to be pulled. and it will be quite a headache. if anyone has any information on doing this/pulling the motor, or any links to forums it would be greatly appreaciated. !! thanks!

i would think that if you had a blown head gasket and you were leaking coolant into your cylinders that it would smoke white. also your exhaust fumes would smell kind of sweet tasting if that makes sense lol. also keep an eye on your coolant level to see if it drops it shouldnt drop at all.i dont know where the coolant on top of your valves would come from? pull your plugs and see if they are discolored or any signs of premature wear. if you know how to read them they can tell you alot. you may not have a blown head gasket. it might be a cracked head. when you take it off if you do i would do a leak down test or compression test first. also if you take it of dont just replace the head gasket and throw the head back on take it to a machine shop and have it pressure checked and see if its any good. also have it milled if it s good
