Default compatibility of front brake setup between F2 and F3

Hi,
I'm looking for a F2 front brake caliper, lines, master cylinder and am wondering if I can use F3 set up instead. Can I?

In a word, no.

The F3 uses bigger rotors than the F2. And the bolt pitch is different between f2 and f3 disks and wheels. To use an f3 setup you would need an f3 wheel and disks - and even then you would have no speedo as the speedo drive on the f3 comes from the engine.

Also, the F3 uses floating rotors and the F2 does not.
