I believe the blue mark is where it was supposed to be "staked" and the red mark is where it is actually "staked".

man i hope you have fixed the clutch nut problem , if not you got to know that nut is marked because is the factory nut but if you buy another genuine parts clutch nut it will not come with that mark

 

yeah unstake it means that theres a part of the nut thats been hammered into the axle. you need to punch that out so you can take off the nut. to unscrew it, i think you should put your bike into gear and hold the rear brake
