Ok after I fixed the throttle cables I got a new problem. When I start the bike it runs with the choke on and idles, but once I take off the choke the bike just dies![:@] I don't know whats going on? Can someone please help. Thanks

 

have you tried adjusting the idle? Should be a **** -- righty to increase revs.

 

how long do you let it warm out before turning off the choke? How cold is it there? how hot does the Temp get before you turn off the choke?

Sounds like pilot jets are blocked.
Remove pilot jets (remove with tight fitting flat screwdriver) leave to soak ovenight in water (yes water!!! is best for dissolving varnish deposits)
They must then be blown through with an airline and hold up to light to see through them , refit and should be ok.
