I just caved in I tried auto body shops and they are robbers, $1500 just to repair the side cover ( just the one that bakes your right knee) so I ordered the whole fairing from China. The stories about poor fitment and inferior quality did not apply to the kit I got and the thing looks like a new bike.Sure there is a bit of cursing when you try to remove and the install the front signal lights, and you also have to remove the old dzus fasteners, because the new one does not nave any fasteners at all. And as for difficulty, well I'm 75, pooooor eyesight, shakey hands and a memory that is far worse than any of you, so If I did it anyone can. It's my 100 mph wheelchair and with my red-chrome face shield no one knows it's a flaccid old geezer in that spiffy red white and blue leather jacket

Just a guess but my brother in law makes all kinds of stuff like that with a 200 dollar 3d printer (example: battery covers) and you can search printer forums like this one for auto parts and what not
