Bike continues to look really great man, really one of the better looking F2/F3 race bikes I have seen in a while.

Thanks, it's getting there... what's your game plan for MCRA this year?

I missed the Putnam opener as I was at COTA for the GP race in TX and I know I have to miss on other Gateway event so I am not sure to be honest. I will be out there for a couple of the events with my F2 but not sure which to be honest.

Very same here... I missed Putnam, due to simply not having the money to be ready, and for the same reason, I will be missing the first Gateway round, and I hope that is all!

My street bike was totaled in a highway accident, and I'm not certain how soon I'm going to be paid by the offending party's insurance company, but what I might do, is use that money to expedite my getting started in the race season... the down side is, if I do this, I will likely spend the rest of the spring, and the upcoming summer and fall seasons without a street ride, and I'm not sure if I can handle that!

Did I miss that earlier? Lol. That sucks that your street bike got wrecked. I know you just finished getting it put all together.

No, I hadn't really made any posting about it, with the exeption of on my "for sale" thread, to let them know why there have been delays getting shipping estimates.

On that note, if I do decide to get a different bike (I've got my sights on a 954RR) I'll be parting out the street F2 entirely, though I might save the frame for a spare, and will definitely keep the engine... maybe.

Aaaa, jeez man, sorry for the news... A 954 blade wouldn`t be a bad option at all, would take one myself if I had the green for it...

Yeah, for me, even when skinny, I'm a little big for a 600!

I know you can't "Repsol" any Honda, as I don't feel it looks great on all CBR models, but this example of a Repsol-trimmed 954RR is what has sold me on going that route.

I definitely wouldn't mind one of those.
