Post Spark Plug questions

I want to change my spark plugs, but I can not figure out the model number of the NGK wires that are in the 1990 CBR600. First question... does anyone have a set of new spark plug wires for sale? Second question... would you recommend changing the spark plugs and leaving the old wires? The good weather is coming and I am getting antsy!
Thanks!!!
