No Spark CYL 1/4
Hello everyone. All the links for wiring diagrams on here have expired, as far as I can tell. I have a haynes manual however, so I should be alright. I recently removed the wiring loom on my 1989 CBR 600F in order to tape it back up. The previous owner has removed all safety switches (clutch, neutral, kickstand) and left the loom untaped and mangled. I did my best to leave everything as is, and just cover it neatly with some tape. I reassembled everything and it is no longer firing in cylinders 1 and 4, whereas before I took everything apart it would run just fine... I suspected coil, so I switched coils around, expecting problem to switch to 2/3 but the problem remains with cylinder 1 and 4. I ruled out pulse generator, as if I am not mistaken and according to the haynes manual there is just 1 pulse coil on US model CBRs. This leaves the wiring. I must have pinched or broken a wire somewhere, or forgot a ground. I am making this post in hopes that there is a CBR expert that knows his way around the loom, and might be able to point me in a good starting direction, rather than undoing all the taping I had just done. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Sent you an email with the file attached.
On your other question, it could be the Spark Unit (not sure if that is the right name due to low res wiring diagram. There are four wires heading into the ignition coils.
1/4 has two wires, yellow/blue and brown/white. I would check continuity between spark unit and 1/4 coil on both those wires.
