how much did you pay for your cane?

I paid 500 for two of them. The bikes have enough on them to complete 1 bike, but both engines are complete and run.

I paid $3900 out the door when I bought it used (1600 miles ) in 1989.

i paid $750 for mine and have poured my heart and soul into it i think i am almost to 2000 now including the repaint

thanks i have been meaning to post up some pictures of it for a long time but never got to it.
Frist thing i had to do when i got it was fix it the guy i got it from had carbs off of a 1000 and the r/r was bad along with the battery, forks, front rim, both tires were bald i learned alot about them i got the bike when i was sixteen and turned it into what it is now
I have done alot to it i powder coated the rims rearsets passenger pegs top tripple and handelbars
i cut off the stock subframe made up some brackets welded them to the frame and bolted up the new tail rode it for a while then decided i needed the undertail exhaust so i ran it looking to sure it up still but well
It also has a jet kit and the motor bored over to 636 it is fun

any soundclips of that exhaust? what exhaust is it? looks like a lot of work, all well done!

right now it is a stock one from an 07 i want to change it but those were cheap and i had to customize it so i didnt want to get a spendy one and screw it up
