I'll see what I can find, what you need is a tank installation instruction diagram that shows how many hoses go to and from your tank

 

Not sure what you mean by not having a petcock on your tank but other than the big hole for the petcock there is two smaller holes, one is the tank vent which shouldnt be clogged up. the other is just a drain hole for if you overfill your tank. i dont have hoses hooked up to either one and mine runs fine so you just need the get the vent hole unplugged.

 

yeah sry for the missunderstanding. so it the vent hole the one in the center of the bottom? and is there suposed to be any valve on there of line going to it?
