So that little wheel 27 ) is the oil pump sprocket , that had come off, now I understand why my oil light came on so I think I will take out the clutch basket , but obv the engine seized whether it was starved of oil , something broke of and jammed or something is smashed up somewhere I think I’m just going to go threw the engine each part at a time and see if it’s possible to fix this one , if not I will salvage all the good bits for the other engine , I’m yet to take off the clutchside cover to look at the guts of that engine

It is really difficult to say as regards what damage has been done to the con rod and crankshaft bearings as a result of not having oil pressure.
If it was just for a short time, then they actually might be OK. A **** ton of rust in the cylinders in the other engine doesn't sound like good news.
It's going to be a difficult decision since whatever you decide, you're going to have to put the engine back in to test, and that's going to be a pain in the **** if you have to do it more than once. If you have had metal particles floating around, it's probably obvious but change the oil filter.
