Default engine swap
looking at doing and engine swap on my 88 but can any one tell me what years will bolt right but or if they all will or if none will?

Unles its an 87 - 90 nothing will bolt in. But the 90 engines have a higher HP.

89/90 also have a little different wiring for the ignition system

ah yes the single pulse generator set up. that means he would need a new cdi as well.
