Question Clutch change

Hi all, i recently change the clutch on my hurricane 87 and i get this faint smell of what i think is brunt clutch even when i rider on a slow an steady pace. I only notice it after i come to a halt. Is it something to be worried about or is it normal?

Shouldn't be burning the clutch, its a wet clutch. Make sure you readjust the cable tension. Maybe you spilled some oil somewhere and its burning off?

Yes the right cover got a bit messy, and maybe also the belly of the engine. I rely hope that's it tho, it got me a bit worried.

Thanks for the reply.

Sounds to me like you have oil burning off.. Maybe get in there with some degreaser and rags and clean off whats sitting around.
And check that the cover is not leaking oil.
