two questions about an 2006
First one... what would be a fair price for a bike with 13,000 miles on it? Assume it's basically stock with a new rear tire.....
Second, the bike I'm looking at is blue and yellow. The pictures that I've seen on the web are ones that have the entire bodywork in blue and yellow. This one has the plastic under the engine in grey. Is that correct or has someone repalced the panel?

i just paid 7k for a stock 06 with 4k miles on it. looked all over craigslist and most others where going for at least 8 to 8.5 so i think i got a good deal. check nada.com but it sounds like dealers are dumping there o7's for less than what a used o6 blue books at

Well let me know what you do, i have an 06 Blue and yellowwith only 1,900 miles i will sell to you at a good price, fork seals are getting done as we speak, small road rash (when i bought it)i painted over on the stator cover, other than that she is spotless, titanium sato exhaust Competition Werkes fender eliminator, shorty LED blinkers on front, Brand New battery, and plugs, Tank recall just done. make me an offer.
The reason i am doing all this work is becuase the person i bought it form had it sitting quite awhile. She runs like a top though and looks good doing it.
