hey everyone i have a few questions... I was wondering if i would be ok on a cbr 1000 im about 6'2 and i want to get a bike but im not sure if the cbr 1000 is a good bike for tall riders. And also i live in az i was wondering if there are any groups out here that would like to ride sometime. thanks for your help.

 

I am 6'4 230 and I can fit fine in my 1000rr. Although I get made fun of alot because the bike looks "small" on me.

 

As long as you like the bike get it. I get the totally opposite reaction being that i'm 5'4 and ride a 929.

 

azcbr1000........ i am also tall, but im skinny. 6'3" 150 lbs. i felt i had to get the 1k because my arms are long on a 600 i was sitting straight up. on a 1k i feel like i gotta lean over the tank more and have a more natrural look??? just was my thoughts on my purchase. i love my 061krr wouldn't trade it for the world.

 

allright cool thanks for the advice i was planning on getting one no matter what but i just wanted to know how comofortable i would be hahah but i love the bike and cant wait
