I'm 6'3" and have no problem.
It sounds like maybe it may be the riding style that is the issue?
It's great for dragging knees. Not the best straight line cruiser. Riding stance is more comfortable than the R1.
If you want a long or larger bike (H-bus or zx14) you will sacrifice performance in the mountains, but will gain power on the drag-strip.
It's all preference and riding style.
I believe the overall size of sport bikes is somewhat shrinking (not power).
My guess is around 7 or 8 feet tall it would look funny, but who cares if you're having a blast...

6'5" + here

It can be uncomfortable if riding for hours on end, but it's actually not that bad if it's a trip about 150 miles or so. Jeh said it about sportbikes getting smaller. I love my 929 for still being a bigger bodied bike

I'm 6 foot and i scrape my foot pegs on tight turns but my bike was lowered and i've been trying to get it to stock height ever since i got it. Only problem i dont know if its stock since i dont have another to compare it too. Its a nice ride though

i am 6'6" and i ride a 2000 cbr 600 f4. i can sit straight up and ride it for going around town. but when i get going about 80-90 i am on the tank and my helmet hits the windscreen when i hit bumps in the road. no ones said anything to me about it except that i look more comfortable on it. it rides fine to me and i love riding so i really don't care what ne body says.

Im 6' also and I feel comfortable on my 929 too. My friend took a pic of me on it and I dont look like Im riding a tricycle, but if I went to a smaller bike I prolly would, heh. One way you can see if its lowered is find out the stock seat height and then measure your bikes seat height.
