Just returned from Cherohala Skyway, Deals Gap ride recently and found some interesting reading. Motorcycle Adventures In The Southern Appalachians. This is a very detailed book about great rides in certain areas. Details include gas stops, restaurants, mile markers (where to turn), approx. duration of the ride and the like.
