Need serious brake help please
Ok so this is what hapended. I bought a wrecked bike and put it all together.
I replaced handle bar and brake lever.
I Bled the brakes and everything seemed to be fine, BUT
While riding down the highway a half hour later at 80 miles a hour, the
front brake starts rubbing real bad and stops bike.
After about 10 mintes the pressure on rotors releases and I could ride about a quarter mile. Then they lock up again.
After a police escort off highway and two close calls with traffic I got bike off road and back home.
Just wondering if anyone has any idea where to start looking for the problem. I have exhausted all my ideas and cant make much sense of this

well obviously your caliper is sticking but maybe it has trash in the line not letting the fluid flow or just the caliper itself is bad. I just had the same trouble on my 1000rr and it was the caliper. good luck
