I posted a threat about 3 weeks ago about my bike not starting. It turns out that my fuel pump is not working all the time. After taking the bike apart and putting it back together a few weeks ago (after finding good connections and fuses all around), I tried it out just to see what would happen and the fuel pump decided to work again. Later that night the fuel pump would not turn once again. It's been two weeks since I tried starting the bike and today I went to troubleshoot again. The first time I turned the key nothing happened. The second time I tried it the fuel pump was back to working without any help from me. I tried it several more times and the fuel pump is still working, but I obviously don't want to take it riding without fixing this intermittent problem. I'd love some insight as to what might be causing this.

 

Sounds like there maybe a bad relay thats giving you fits, if it has one im not sure.

 

If you have checked the connections and they are all good then ya more then likely it is a relay issue, they are not much $ to replace so id give it a shot and if it works then sweet but if not then atleast you can rule it out of the possible problems
