As for Fosgate - Try to get your gear included into the price of replacment! Most companies will cover you helmet gloves jacket pants... etc

 

That sucks.. where did this accident happen??? Some stuff you just can't control.. at least u walked away..

Update: Insurance company finally came and looked at the bike. They are going to give me $9600 for the bike and pay for my helmet. I have a $1000 detuctable, so with what i owe i pretty much break even. Now i got to go get a new loan and everything for a new bike, prolly going to get an 07 repsol.

 

why not buy the bike back ? it'll be a LOT cheaper to insure for starters
