yes they are 55 watts draw and 100watt output. and they seem to put out as much light just looks different because of the color change. i strongly recommend the HID kit as well and you did an awsome write up. i put hid on my 600rr but i used the phillips kit. that was a while ago and there werent cheaper kits then. but until i get a couple hunderd bucks to burn. these lites will do just fine.

 

H7 for both bulbs..if u want white light with a tint of blue go for 6000K(color temperature)
blueish light go for 8000K
purplish light go for 10000K or 12000K

Go HID..super bright lights!!

 

IM gunna end up goiing for the purplish colors... has anyone seen it done before??
