yes they are both h7 bulbs the only thing different between them are the angle of the reflectors, one goes far and wide and the other is low.. it is a 5 minute intall if you take your time. lol..you pull the connector off, pull the dust cover off. unclip the light, pull it out, put the new one in, clip it pop the dust over on and make sure there is a good seal around the connector of the bulb. then plug it back in..now the bulbs i bought have a blue hint to them but they are very clear and brite..

If you are going to change out your bulbs, remember that tinted bulbs (blue/purple) actually put out less light than regular bulbs. So you have the color, but now, you have a dimmer light on the road. And remember the most important thing......DO NOT BUY HIGH WATTAGE BULBS. Stick with 55w bulbs. Anything higher and you'll melt your "Linebeam" reflector and possibly melt your harness. (Seen this done from a dude that works at the dealer).
If you want this kind of headlight color...........
........then you are going to have to go with an HID kit. I HIGHLY recommend upgrading your headlights to HID. They are much MUCH brighter than stock, and other drivers seem to notice you more.
I did a write up my HID installation. They're really not that hard to install, just time consuming.
